  • Yes all of our cookware is electric, gas, and induction friendly

  • Tri-ply means the cookware is made of three bonded layers: an SS 304 food-grade stainless steel inner surface, a heavy-gauge conductive core, and an SS 430 magnetic stainless steel exterior. Each layer has a specific job — together they deliver even heat, durability, and safe cooking

  • Nonstick coatings can scratch, wear down, and release particles into your food over time. When overheated, they can also emit harmful fumes. SS 304 stainless steel is chemically inert — no coating to degrade, no chemicals to leach. With tri-ply construction, the conductive core is fully enclosed between steel layers and never contacts your food.

  • Not if you use it correctly. SS 304 stainless steel becomes naturally non-stick when properly preheated. Heat the pan first, add oil, then add your food — and you'll get a clean release without any coating.

  • All of our spices come from Northeast India, a region that has been producing the world's best spices for millenia. There are tribes in the region that live and farm on the Jaintia Hills, a lush cloudy foothill near the Himalayas. Those tribes grow the spices without pesticides or additives, and hand pick the crops when they’re ready. The result is some of the purest most potent spices you will ever try. We source from farms in this region and give you the chance to try something exotic in your kitchen.

  • The spices are grown organically without the use of pesticides on the hillsides in plots that have been plowed. The Jaintia hills have a tropical climate and naturally fertile soil, which coupled with traditional labor intensive farming methods, produce some of the worlds best spice.
